The Gay Coaches Alliance is a professional association of people who mostly identify as GBTQ men. Members work as coaches or in allied helping professions, or use coaching as a key component of their work.

We aim to build a supportive global community through regular online and in-person events — to share ideas, skills, and knowledge, grow our network of LGBTQ coaches for collaboration and referrals, and raise the visibility of coaching in the LGBTQ+ community.

We believe gay men engaged as coaches have something unique and valuable to offer the world. Whether conforming or marching to your own brightly colored gay drum, a coach is there to support you in creating the life you want, dream of, and richly deserve.
